Dear customers,

At Nateis, our priority is always serving our customers and the communities we operate in.

We seek to provide a safe environment for our customers and our team members and in times such as these, we believe it is our role and responsibility to do our best to ensure we can provide the knowledge that we can still perform your demolitions.  Nateis Contracting Pty Ltd Directors looked at China’s effort to contain the virus through strict isolation and took the drastic step of requesting that our machines operators and truck drivers adhere to a policy of self-isolation when not at work, with closed in cabs, single operated machines and a strict cleaning regime on commencement and end of shift we avoid contamination.

This self-isolation has been extended to office staff and the salvage yard which is now only accepting card payments and distancing of 1.5 mtrs expected between client, customers and operational staff – its working.

We would also like to keep our customers safe and healthy too, so please in these unusual times keep to within the acceptable distance when conversing with any Nateis Staff keep your distance for now.  Always feel free to ring the office staff to discuss any issues or questions you may have as staff are available by phone 24/7.

I wanted to share some of the things we’re doing to ensure everyone who shops at the yard or uses Nateis’s Services is safe, as well as doing our bit to prevent the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19.

We are following the advice of the Australian Government and World Health Organisation and their recommendations for minimising the spread of this virus.

See the changes we have implemented over the past few weeks as precautionary measures across our business including:

• Commencing increased cleaning and sanitisation of our office, machines and vehicles.
• Preparing our teams to respond quickly to any emerging situation should it occur to best ensure the health and safety of everyone involved.
• Asking any team members displaying flu like symptoms to refrain from coming to work and introducing additional benefits for team members to ensure none of our team members are disadvantaged financially through this process.

Over the coming weeks we will continue to monitor the situation closely and act quickly on the advice of health authorities. We appreciate your patience and your support as a customer.
